The BEST Sugar-Free Fudge Recipe For GUILT-FREE Enjoyment

Well the old bad news is that fudge isn’t the most healthy for you. But, the good news is that you can now make your own guilt-free version of the dessert with the best fudge recipe we have here!

We bring you the healthiest, easiest chocolate fudge recipe ever – it’s not only under 10 calories a piece, but also vegan, sugar-free, low-fat, and can be made under five minutes.

And most importantly, it still tastes like chocolate fudge! Here is how to make fudge from scratch.


1/4 cup almond meal
2 tbsp. almond milk
1/4 cup mashed banana, pumpkin, or applesauce
1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder (carob powder is great, too)
Sweetener to taste, optional

*Note: This makes 10-15 pieces.


  1. Combine almond meal and almond milk.
  2. Microwave for 30 secs. (Alternately, for a raw and microwave-free version, you can stick it in the fridge until thickened, or simply add less liquid.)
  3. Add in mashed banana, pumpkin, or applesauce, as well as the cocoa powder, and sweetener to taste if desired, and mix until incorporated.
  4. Spread it into a container (plastic works very well for popping the fudge out) and freeze until solid. You can keep it in the freezer for extended period of time, but you may need to let it thaw at room temperature for a bit before eating.
